The Role

 


- Identify, develop and evaluate marketing and sales strategy for different products.
- Balancing customer needs and company objectives.
- Direct and coordinate sales activities and policies.
- Identify sales forecast and market place.
- Develop the assigned market.
- Managing sales team and distributors. 
- Develop current product knowledge and demonstrate this knowledge to clients, in order to persuade them that a product meets their needs in terms of quality, function and price.
- In-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers.
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.
- Secure and renew orders and arrange delivery.

 

     

 

 

 

Requirements


- University Qualifications: Master / BS in Business / Electronics / Software/Hardware
- Specialist knowledge as Marketing or sales in electronic equipment 
- At least 3 years of experience in Sales/Marketing 
- Very aggressive in sales and marketing, with good communication skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Negotiate and close sales by agreeing terms and conditions
- Follow-up for the collection of payments
- Administer client accounts and establish and maintain client relationship

• Other Skills:
- Language Skills: English language
- Analytical thinking style
- Team player with strong commercial acumen and decision-making skills
- Ability to communicate and present effectively
- Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving; ability to determine solutions for customers (consultative sales approach). 
- Must be results-orientated and able to work both independently and within a team environment. 
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite applications
